    Food Specification :
    Sugar, Glucose Solids, Vegetable Oil Solids, Carrageen, Emulsifier (INS 472A, INS 412) Sweetener (INS955), salt, Natural Identical Strawberry Flavouring, Colour(INS122)
    You will need
    Electric Beater
    300 ml of fresh milk or 40 g of milk powder with 300ml of milk in a mixing bowl.
    How to Make
    Mix with a beater at low speed for 1 minute to dissolve completely.
    Then whip for 2-3 minutes with beater in high speed until desired creamu texture.
    Pour the whipped mixture into container for freezing.
    Freeze at 18 -20 c for minimum 2-3 hours before serving.
